There are no refunds for missed appointments or digital transactions.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth experience.
• Hair Extensions:
We do not service clients with hair extensions.
• Gift Cards:
Gift cards are available for purchase and must be picked up within the first two weeks of ordering.
